So when I say LucasArts, I doubt you go, “Oh snap, Force Unleashed and Fracture baby!!!”
Hell no!
You think back on the fond days of their PC roots with the Awesome X-Wing and Tie Fighter games! The on-rails Rebel Assault titles and all those classic point-and-click adventure games like Day of the Tentacle, Sam and Max: Hit the Road and Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, or at least you should! If that ISN’T what you thought of though, then now is the perfect time to give yourself all the reasons to, because Steam updated its stores with a bunch of awesome LucasArts classic titles (along with some not so classics), two of which I couldn’t help but snag. Hell, alot of them are only Five bucks….FIVE BUCKS!!!
So go and check it out if your have Steam and if you don’t have Steam, effing download it fool! It’s free and IMO currently the best downloadable game service out there right now, bar none.

The Unsung heroes that never got told “Happy Mothers Day!”
by Mike Steele on May.10, 2009, under personal thoughts, rant

Since Mothers day is today, I thought now would be a good time to thank the mothers out there that have never gotten the amount of credit they truly deserve. Yes, that’s right, the cliche RPG mom.
Without her waking you up in the morning so you wouldn’t be late, who knows where all those right-place-at-the-right-time teenager turned heroes might have been.
So Happy Mothers Day and Thank you cliche RPG mom for waking up your kid and, in turn, saving the entire world/universe over and over again.
